I have a special request - can my orders be handled?

Yes. We will try to fulfill all your special needs and preferences to the best of our ability. We can accommodate requests for minor changes or modifications to the items featured in our catalogues. For example, you may prefer to have a deep red rose replaced with a white one. Select the item(s) that best matches your needs. At the end of the transaction in the order form, there will be a field for "Special Request". You will be able to state your requests in that column. Can I choose the date and time of delivery?

Yes, you will be able to choose your preferred date and time of delivery. You will be asked your preferred time and date of delivery during your payment transaction. Our delivery personnel will do their best to meet your request. If you are interested in delivering the flowers on Fridays and Public Holidays, please e-mail us at info@kolorsfze.com for further instructions. We may have to charge an additional service fee.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Currently, we accept online payments via credit card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Diners Club.

Will there be any difference in the billed amount than the one mentioned on the item I order?

We use 2 prices for our items, USD & UAE Dhiram. An approximate average conversion rate is used to convert AED into USD. Since our local billing is done in the local currency,which is UAE Dhiram, there is a possibility of a small difference in the billed amount in USD.This is because of different conversion rates used by different banks till it finally comes to your credit card statement.To verify the correct amount, please check the transaction amount in local currency on your credit card statment, which should match with the one on your order form in UAE Dhirams.

Can I order without credit cards?

Can I order using my Deutsche Mark or Pound Sterling Credit Card?

Yes, you will be able to do so, an equivalent amount will be charged to your Deutsche Mark or Pound Sterling Credit Card.

Can I order manually using my credit card if I am  not comfortable using my card on the internet?

Yes, you can. Please fill in the contact us form and we will mail you the Manual Order Form my email, which you can fill, sign and fax it to us in UAE.

What if some items have dubai as a delivery location?

Some items are not categorized into different locations within the city dubai like internet city, media city etc. It means that price for dubai is applicable for ALL locations within Dubai.
